Position Overview

Reporting to the CEO, Senior Director, and Regional Head, I integrated ITS, OMS, and PSDS into a unified platform, implemented a permissioned File Repository to eliminate data redundancy, launched an Automated Datafeed Generation System reaching 70+ distribution channels, and introduced Automated COD Live to cut listing time from hours to single-click deployment. During this tenure, I earned my CAPM certification, applying PMI methodologies that reduced operational errors, improved turnaround time, and provided real-time visibility into global operations.
