Position Overview

At NBCUniversal, I managed a $7.7M+ IT portfolio of 12+ enterprise applications supporting facilities, ticketing, ordering, and executive reporting across East and West Coast operations. I led data migrations from Maximo → Manhattan Centerstone → EmcorVia, overseeing mapping, ETL, validation, and user training for hundreds of facility stakeholders. I standardized processes and unified reporting terminology across both coasts, implemented GDPR/CCPA-compliant retention policies, and rolled out secure authentication using SAML and OAuth 2.0. I migrated critical applications to AWS and Azure, increasing scalability and reducing infrastructure risk, and achieved 99%+ system uptime by implementing a stabilization program that reduced downtime to near-zero. I delivered the Falcon V mail digitization project during the pandemic, enabling secure digital processing of 100+ lbs/day of USPS mail and reducing physical delivery labor by 95%. I also implemented Tableau executive dashboards that consolidated metrics from East and West Coast operations, improving executive decision-making speed and accuracy.
