Migrated NBCUniversal’s legacy wireless repair application to a Drupal-based platform while maintaining the existing user interface to ensure continuity for a non-technical user base. Worked closely with stakeholders to design print options for repair requests exactly to their specifications. Integrated SAML for secure authentication, resolved security vulnerabilities in collaboration with the cybersecurity team, and implemented robust data validation for bulk edits, updates, and additions. Developed and deployed a reporting module to improve visibility into repair requests and operational performance. Partnered with privacy teams to ensure data handling met compliance requirements and conducted security reviews before go-live.
