Collaborated with SVPs, EVPs, and vendor teams to define end-to-end workflows for mail intake, processing, and sorting. Established a delivery strategy where mail was routed either via secure email or ground delivery based on employee preferences. Ensured privacy compliance and cybersecurity alignment while integrating industrial scanning hardware for high-volume, accurate processing.
