Led the migration of NBCUniversal’s facilities work order module from the on-premises Maximo system to the SaaS-based Manhattan Centerstone platform under a four-month deadline. Directed the archiving of the legacy Maximo environment while ensuring all historical data was preserved for compliance. Interviewed stakeholders across SVPs, EVPs, carpenters, housekeeping, and other facilities teams to identify pain points, define categories, and redesign workflows. Created detailed data flows, integrated the platform with other applications, and managed vendor contracts for the SaaS implementation. Delivered a more intuitive, insight-driven system that improved ease of use, increased visibility, and aligned with enterprise compliance standards.
